Meet the City Library's Teen Librarians

What does a Teen Librarian even do, you ask? Teen Librarians exist to make sure the library is FUN, safe, and useful for YOU! We create EVENTS, library spaces, contests, and collections with YOUR INPUT, about your favorite things. Each City Library branch has it's very own Teen Librarian, rigorously trained to be your ADVOCATE and match you with materials and programs you'll love. Keep reading to find out more about our FRIENDLY neighborhood Teen Librarians.

   Claire Doctorman
   Teen Librarian
   Anderson-Foothill Branch

Claire is lucky enough to work at the library she went to as a child and a teenager. She likes pandas, costumes, has more tutus than most adults, and likes to do the unexpected. She is often surprised that she is paid because she likes being a Teen Librarian so much.
